How this is calculated

$18,000 per pod, fully loaded and installed — a four-seater event pod.
60% paid upfront by the venue. The remaining 40% is deferred.
Half of each buyout retires the deferred balance until it is cleared.
After the balance clears, 80% of buyout revenue goes to the venue. In deals where ZenSpace is not driving buyout sales directly, the venue's share is higher.
Buyout revenue only. Public hourly use between events is real but is not modelled here.
